STELLAR SYNDICATE · HELP & FAQ

A hand with
the operation.

Help with mining, hauling, research and the time drive. These notes describe the development build and will be updated for release.

Getting started

Where can I download Stellar Syndicate?

The game is in development for iOS and Android. We haven’t announced a release date. Official download links will be listed on the game page when they’re available.

What do I do first?

Follow the tutorial from your first mining ship to your first planets. On the map, tap a planet to check its price and resources. A planet you own mines on its own. Use the Market to sell resources and put the proceeds into upgrades.

Why is ore waiting at a planet?

Your ships aren’t bringing it home as quickly as the planet mines it. Mine Rate controls extraction. Cargo controls how much a ship carries, and Ship Speed controls how quickly it travels. If stock is building up at the planet, compare Cargo and Ship Speed upgrades before buying more Mine Rate.

Why did progress stop while I was away?

Offline production has a limit. The welcome-back report shows how much time counted. After the limit, production waits for your return. Cradle upgrades can extend the time your operation works while you’re away.

Production & research

What is auto-sell for?

The Market can sell goods automatically. Raw resources start with auto-sell enabled; smelted and crafted goods start with it off. Check each good’s setting before leaving it to run. Keep materials you need for research or recipes.

How do I open new planets?

Decipher Kobble star charts through Research. Feed a chart the materials it asks for to reveal the next group of planets. Research and production develop together, so a new chart may ask for something you need to smelt or craft first.

How are smelting and crafting different?

Smelters turn raw materials into bars, alloys and other processed goods. Workshop crafters turn materials into equipment and trade goods. Check the recipe’s inputs and keep enough stock for the jobs you want running.

Why is a production tile marked “Held”?

A research project you’re saving for needs that good, so production is holding it back. Feed the project, finish it, or choose another project to let the tile continue.

What do Stewards do?

A Station Steward improves the planet where you post them. Engineers help mining; Pilots and Brokers help hauling. Open the Stewards tab to compare their abilities and assignments. Crashed Ships can bring new Stewards.

The time drive

What happens when I engage the time drive?

Your current run ends and a new galaxy begins. Cash, owned planets, run inventory, production and research start again. The confirmation screen lists what resets and what stays before you commit.

You keep permanent progress, including Echoes, Cradle modules, your Stewards and their ranks, and Stellar Dust. Read the in-game confirmation for the full list in your version.

What are Echoes for?

The time drive awards Echoes based on the galaxy value you built. Spend them on Cradle modules. Those upgrades stay through future drives and help you make progress in later runs.

Am I meant to use the time drive more than once?

Yes. Repeated runs are part of the game’s progression. You build permanent improvements across those runs so you can reach further. A wall can be a reason to develop the Cradle and start another run.

Saves & support

Is my save backed up online?

The reviewed development build saves locally on your device. Cloud saves are being prepared and aren’t connected in that build. Don’t assume that signing into your phone transfers the game, and contact us before reinstalling or clearing app data if you’re trying to recover progress.

How do I report a bug or send an idea?

Write to contact@opa-games.com. For a bug, include your game version, device, system version, what you did and what happened. A screenshot can help. In-game feedback delivery is still being connected, so use email if Send feedback directs you here.

Who handles a purchase problem?

Email us with the game version and a store order reference if you have one. Leave out unrelated personal details. Purchases are planned for release; the development store isn’t evidence that a real charge or purchase service is active.

How do I ask about privacy or deletion?

See game privacy information and data requests, or email us with “Stellar Syndicate privacy request” in the subject. Don’t send passwords or recovery codes by email.
