Privacy information for the development build reviewed on October 14, 2026. OPA Games LLC develops Stellar Syndicate.
Release policy in preparation. The game isn’t publicly released. This notice describes the reviewed development build. We’ll update this page to cover the services enabled in the store release before that release is submitted.
Your save on the device
The reviewed build stores game progress, settings and save backups locally. This includes the game’s randomly generated Player ID and your captain profile. These local records support play and recovery on that device.
Cloud saves aren’t active in the reviewed development build. A local save should not be treated as an online backup or a guarantee that progress transfers to another device.
Feedback and support
In-game feedback sending isn’t active in the reviewed development build. If the game directs you to support, you can email contact@opa-games.com. We receive your email address and the information you include, and use them to respond and investigate your inquiry. Our studio email uses Google Workspace.
You decide what to include. Please leave out passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details and unrelated personal information. Redact screenshots and receipts when needed.
Planned services
Purchases, optional rewarded ads, sign-in and cloud saves are planned. Those services aren’t active in the reviewed build. The final policy must name the services used and describe their information use before those features are enabled for players.
Development screens or test rewards don’t establish that a payment, advertisement or online account service is active. This notice should not be used as the completed privacy disclosure for a later build with those services enabled.
Opening this website
Help, privacy and support links open the OPA Games website in your browser. Website hosting and traffic information are covered by our website privacy notice. The website and the game’s local save are separate.
Access and deletion requests
For information you’ve sent to OPA Games, email us to ask about access, correction or deletion. Tell us what correspondence your request concerns. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. See data requests for the contact route and local-save precautions.
Changes before launch
Online services, retention periods, store privacy forms and any required age or regional disclosures are still being reviewed for release. The date at the top identifies this notice’s scope; a new game build may need different disclosures.
